Ready to Ship Items
- Returns are accepted within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Customers must inform us via WhatsApp or Instagram DM within 24 hours of delivery.
- Once approved, the item must be shipped back to our designated address.
- Return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as Dressachi store credit or exchanged for another item.
Preorder Items
- These pieces are specially sourced on request and are non-returnable.
- We advise reviewing size charts and product details carefully before placing a preorder.
Custom-Made Orders
- Custom-made pieces are crafted specifically to your measurements or design preferences.
- As such, these orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Exchange Policy
